It seems everyone has a different idea of what a superhero is. some think Neo isn't, or V isn't, or even Batman isn't, but nobody wonders why Hulk is a superhero the way I see it, ALL heroes (superpowers or not) share AT LEAST ONE OF THESE THREE elements: 1.-Superpowers (or not) 2.-Some kind of double identity 3.-A special costume, mask or outfit 4.-have THE SPIRIT of the superhero: the man (or team) that standing alone, fights for justice to protect others and can do it better than anyone ...

YOU HAVE A GREAT LIST HERE!!!
I understand what your saying, its like for me Superman (original) is going to be in my top 10. its one of my favorite movies. it doesnt have all the green screen and CGI but it holds a place in my heart growing up that today you cant really match no matter how great a film.

ok man let me set you straight firstly hulk is a superhero he learns to controll his powers and becomes a member of the avengers wich marvel are leaning to it i cant waight lol batman is not a super hero to be a super hero you have to have powers batman is a vigalante
